Ingredients:

500 grams of sea bream (calamari)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of table salt
2 eggs
Frying oil for frying

Method:

  1. Cut the nipple into thin rings.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and table salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Dip the nipple rings in the beaten eggs, then place them in the flour and cornmeal mixture until well coated.
  6. Gently press the rings to ensure they are covered in flour.
  7. Put the nipple rings in the heated oil and fry them until they become golden and crispy.
  8. Lift the fried nipple and place it on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
  9. Serve the fried calamari hot with your favorite sauce.
