Ingredients:
500 grams of sea bream (calamari)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of table salt
2 eggs
Frying oil for frying
Method:
- Cut the nipple into thin rings.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornflour, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and table salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip the nipple rings in the beaten eggs, then place them in the flour and cornmeal mixture until well coated.
- Gently press the rings to ensure they are covered in flour.
- Put the nipple rings in the heated oil and fry them until they become golden and crispy.
- Lift the fried nipple and place it on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
- Serve the fried calamari hot with your favorite sauce.
