The Export Development Center participates in the Korea Import Expo 2023

With the participation of Mr. Director General Muhammad Ali Al-Deeb, Mr. Fawzi Wadi, Director of the Office of the Minister of Economy and Trade, Mr. Muhammad Al-Habashi, Director of the Markets and Promotion Department, and Mr. Muhammad Al-Bulaili, Director of the Information and Public Relations Office, the Korea Import Fair 2023 was opened this morning in the presence of the Korean Minister of Economy, Mr. An, and some ambassadors of African and international countries. The Korean market has a large demand for olive oil, fish, and food industry products (pasta), and for this reason the center participated with six companies, namely:

- Al-Dafniyah Complex, owned by Wahiba Holding Group
- Al-Mishkat Company for Agricultural and Animal Production
- Celine Food Industries Company
- Matar Al-Ghaim Olive Oil Company
- Libya Fish Company for Marine Products
The Director General of the Export Development Center is looking forward to benefiting from this exhibition and opening the space for companies to enter this important market within the framework of opening new markets for Libyan products. Negotiations are also underway to sign a memorandum of understanding to facilitate the entry of Libyan products into the Korean market.
